IVR, or Interactive Voice Response, is an automated notification system that can provide real-time rates to customers. This is how the system works:
– The exchange operator makes the desired changes to the rates panel
– Selects the desired rates to be announced on the IVR and sends them to the server
– Dials the exchange phone and enters the extension of the exchange rate or coin on the IVR by the customer
– Announces the updated rates to the customer along with the time and date of the update
